Main Responsibilities:
Responsible in handling building maintenance and preventive program
Appearance of the property by supervising, controlling, directing, and coordinating all maintenance,
operations and mechanical / electrical maintenance of the property under the direction of building management
Make budget, operational, and planning
Monitoring of building maintenance, facilities and building assets
Create a report on building maintenance results regularly
Make an analysis of the need for improvements on the work device

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic),Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
